Cancellation depends on where you signed up for your free trial. Select the option below that fits your sign up location.

Dipsea Website or Web App

If you purchased your subscription via the Dipsea website or via the web app (app.dipseastories.com), you can cancel your free trial by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your Dipsea account with the same email and password you use to log in to the Dipsea app on your phone

  • Head to "Account" (in upper right corner on desktop, under Favorites >> Settings >> Account on a mobile browser)

  • Click on “Manage Subscription”

  • From here you can select "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your free trial

Note: Free trials are only offered for annual subscriptions, they do not apply to monthly subscription plans. A free trial must be canceled at least 24 hours before the trial's end in order to avoid a charge.

Refund Request:

You can request a refund of your subscription through our Refund System here.

Google Play Store

Because Google manages all subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, you'll need to follow these instructions on your Android device in order to cancel your free trial:

  • Open the Google Play store app

  • Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account

  • Tap your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner

  • Tap 'Payments & Subscriptions'

  • Tap 'Subscriptions'

  • Tap your Dipsea subscription

  • Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

  • Follow the instructions to cancel

If you run into any trouble, this Google Play help article includes additional details for canceling your subscription. If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list of subscriptions, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Google Account. If this is the case, you may also have purchased your Dipsea subscription via the Dipsea website rather than the Google Play Store.

Note: A free trial must be canceled 24 hours before the trial's end in order to avoid a charge from Google.

Apple iTunes

Because Apple manages all subscriptions purchased through the App Store, you'll need to follow these instructions on your iPhone in order to cancel your free trial:

  • Go to Settings on your iPhone

  • Tap Your Name at the top of the screen

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Find the Dipsea subscription

  • Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew

Note: A free trial must be canceled 24 hours before the trial's end in order to avoid a charge from Apple (iPhone).
