Notes on Cancellations
Deleting the Dipsea app from your phone won’t cancel your subscription — you’ll have to follow the steps below to successfully stop future payments.
Once you cancel your subscription, you'll be able to use your Dipsea subscription for the remaining days you paid for.
Canceling a subscription doesn't retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously paid subscription fees can’t be prorated based on your cancellation date.
Dipsea Website or Web App
If you purchased your subscription via the Dipsea website or via the web app (app.dipseastories.com), you can cancel your subscription by following the steps below:
You can cancel your Dipsea subscription’s auto-renewal at any time, and you will continue to have access to the stories until your subscription's expiration date.
Go to app.dipseastories.com
Sign in to your Dipsea account with the same email and password you use to log in to the Dipsea app on your phone
Head to "Account" (in upper right corner on desktop, under Discover >> Settings >> Account on a mobile browser)
Click on “Manage Subscription”
From here you can select "Cancel Subscription"

Google Play Store
Because Google manages all subscription purchased through the Google Play Store, you'll need to follow these instructions on your Android device in order to cancel your subscription:
Open the Google Play store app
Tap your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner
Tap 'Payments & Subscriptions'
Tap 'Subscriptions'
Tap your Dipsea subscription
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
Follow the instructions to cancel
If you run into any trouble, this Google Play help article includes additional details for canceling your subscription.

If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list, you may have purchased your Dipsea subscription via the Dipsea website rather than the App Store.
Apple iTunes
Because Apple manages all subscriptions purchased through the App Store, you'll need to follow these instructions on your iPhone in order to cancel your subscription:
Go to Settings on your iPhone
Tap Your Name at the top of the screen
Tap Subscriptions
Find the Dipsea subscription
Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list of subscriptions, make sure that you're signed in with the Apple ID with which you originally subscribed to Dipsea. If this is the case, you may also have purchased your Dipsea subscription via the Dipsea website rather than the App Store.
