Dipsea Website, Web App

If you purchased your subscription through the Dipsea website or via the web app (app.dipseastories.com), you can change your subscription type or check the status of your subscription by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your Dipsea account with the same email and password you use to log in to the Dipsea app on your phone

  • Head to "Account" (in upper right corner on desktop, under Favorites >> Settings >> Manage Subscription on a mobile browser)

  • From here you can choose a different subscription option, or cancel your subscription by selecting "Cancel Subscription."

Google Play Store

If you purchased your subscription via the Google Play Store, you can change your Dipsea subscription type (from monthly to annual or annual to monthly) on your Android device by following the steps below:

  • Open the Google Play store app

  • Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account

  • Tap your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner

  • Tap 'Payments & Subscriptions'

  • Tap 'Subscriptions'

  • Tap your Dipsea subscription - if you do not see Dipsea listed here, then you have not activated a Dipsea subscription or free trial

  • Tap 'Manage' > 'Change subscription'

If you run into any trouble, this Google Play help article includes additional details for canceling, pausing, or changing a subscription.

Apple iTunes

If you purchased your Dipsea subscription through the iTunes App Store, you can change your subscription type (from monthly to annual or annual to monthly) on your iPhone by following the steps below:

  • Go to Settings on your iPhone

  • Tap Your Name at the top of the screen

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Find the Dipsea subscription

  • Choose a different subscription option

If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list of subscriptions, make sure that you're signed in with the Apple ID with which you originally subscribed to Dipsea. If this is the case, you may also have purchased your Dipsea subscription via the Dipsea website rather than the App Store.
