How do I manage my subscription?

How to check the status of your subscription purchased through the Dipsea website, web app, Google Play Store, or iTunes App Store.

Dipsea Website or Web App

If you purchased your subscription via the Dipsea website or via the web app (app.dipseastories.com), you can check the status of your subscription by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your Dipsea account with the same email and password you use to log in to the Dipsea app on your phone

  • Head to "Account" (in upper right corner on desktop, under Favorites >> Settings >> Account on a mobile browser)

  • Click on “Manage Subscription”

  • From here you can check the status of your subscription, choose a different subscription option, or cancel your subscription by selecting "Cancel Subscription."

These instructions apply to monthly and annual subscriptions purchased through the Dipsea Website or Web App.

If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list of subscriptions, make sure that you're signed in with the email with which you originally subscribed to Dipsea.

Google Play Store:

If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, you can check the status of your subscription through your Android phone by following the steps below:

  • Open the Google Play store app

  • Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account

  • Tap your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner

  • Tap 'Payments & Subscriptions'

  • Tap 'Subscriptions'

  • Tap your Dipsea subscription - if you do not see Dipsea listed here, then you have not activated a Dipsea subscription or free trial

  • If it has been canceled, you will see the expiration date listed. If it has not been canceled yet, you'll see the renewal date, along with the price you'll be charged at and an option to cancel.

If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list of subscriptions, you may have purchased your subscription via the Dipsea website rather than the Google Play Store.

Apple iPhone:

If you purchased your subscription via the iTunes App Store, you can check the status of your subscription on your iPhone by following the steps below:

  • Go to Settings on your iPhone

  • Tap Your Name at the top of the screen

  • Select Subscriptions

  • Find the Dipsea subscription

  • Use the options to manage your subscription: Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you're being charged for a subscription, but don't see it in your list of subscriptions, make sure that you're signed in with the Apple ID with which you originally subscribed to Dipsea. If this is the case, you may also have purchased your Dipsea subscription via the Dipsea website rather than the App Store.
