First, let's double check what email address you used to log in.

You might have signed in with Apple/Facebook/Google sign in (rather than entering an email/password), which may be linked to a different email address.

Check by going to Discover >> Gear Icon in upper right corner >> Manage Subscriptions, it will show the email address you used to sign in.
